Some foodspiration for you. This past weekend’s brunch.
Over the past few weeks Matt and I have been trying to cook something “involved” — his words — on Saturday nights. While we are usually pretty good about cooking for ourselves, we wanted to cook something that we would otherwise not usually cook on a weeknight.
This past Saturday, we found ourselves taking in a few drinks at Meridian Pint, one of our local bars, before wandering back to the house to make a really incredible seared Halibut.
